The cake was dry and not tasty, unfortunately, I have wasted my money and probably will not order again, just pricy and overrated as a patisserie. Thanks

Unfortunately it was very dry and the cream was too sweet so most of it went in the bin so very disappointed overall

This is turning into a huge over kill? I wrote a lovely review on the 1 cake I ordered, I get sales emails a couple of times a week i have unsubscribed and said the cake is lovely given good feedback on please dont hound customers. Now sent another review us despite all of this and totally ignored my feedback. So now my review is dont buy a cake unless you are happy to be spammed with emails and ignored!!

I ordered for Lemon Blueberry Vegan Cake but seems like Victoria Strawberry was delivered. Also don’t think the B’day message disc was included. Since this was a gift, I only found out about these details recently on speaking to the person this was gifted to!

Really disappointed! Saw so many good reviews about this cake but everything went in the bin. My son was so sad.. it was so hard the chocolate ganache or whatever it was, sponge dry, just not as it should be!!

The cake was hard and stale. Could not eat the next day. Had to throw it away It was delivered in a bad state. Not ordering again

I was very disappointed to be honest. The cake was dry and just tasted like sugar. I expected the frosting to be rich and creamy and it just was not the case. Frosting was thin and you could not even tell what was it as it as it just tasted like sugar. Overall it did not taste fresh. The price does not match the quality.

I asked for the message written on the cake to be amended and my request to amend had been approved a week in advance of the product delivery. The cake still showed up with the wrong message and when I called to raise the issue, I was told that appropriate action would be taken but never heard back. Extremely, extremely disappointed with the customer service and don’t think I will be ordering again.

Unfortunately the cakes were dry and tasteless. The buttercream tasted better, and I liked the idea of all the flavours but not many really worked. We were disappointed to be honest.

Another attempt at a birthday delivery, and another failure. This now the second time this has happened, despite expensive delivery costs (even more so for Saturdays). Cutter and Squidge may well say this is the delivery company’s issue, but this reflects badly on them as a whole and totally defeats the point of trying to order cakes for someone’s birthday. Extremely disappointed and now twice burned and will never order a thing from them again.

I love the celebration cakes at Cutter and Squidge which loom amazing and taste nice. The biskies are great too. But I recently went to the Potions Afternoon tea and was very disappointed. The interative aspect and table arrangements were more suitable for a primary school classroom than a room full of adults and the food was disappointing. The sweet food was limited (rather odd for a bakery) with onlu one scone per person and the biskie was the size of a fingernail! The drinks we made in the potion class were non-alcoholic and the VIP goody bag is not worth the extra cash.

Would like to comment on taste but my order did not arrive and seem unable to find anything other than 'bots' to talk to. I am advised by email that the parcel will arrive tomorrow. Mmmmm. state cake, my favourite. Sadly there will be no one in now until Monday so next time I want to waste money I will just set fire to it in the garden. Never, ever would I recommend.

Terrible communication. Told in the afternoon of the delivery day that they won't be delivering due to flour issues. No time to organise another gluten free cake. Accidents happen - it's how you manage them that sets you apart from the rest. This company failed miserably

I paid the £6.99 delivery for designated day delivery, had it confirmed with the order, only for the biscuits to not be delivered and scheduled for the following day. What's the point of having this expensive delivery option if you're not going to be able to fulfil your promise. Extremely disappointing and makes buying these as a gift for someone's birthday on a specific day completely pointless.
