Lovely cake but I should have looked at the size … very small and over-priced for what I got … I actually had to consider getting another cake instead everyone had a very small portion …

The cake was amazing , all the guests loved it ! However, the ordering process was a complete nightmare. I first enquired about ordering a large cake a few months ago, I wanted to collect it in person. I was told to speak to the bakery, after many attempts I finally got through to them. They said they couldn’t accept an order for a large cake. I then went back to customer service team, they said I can order online for delivery. I went on the website and I wasn’t able to order the larger 2 tier cake. I called back and they said I should order a normal size cake , pay for it. Then email customer services about the actual cake I want. They will then send me an email with a payment link so I can pay the difference. The cake will then be ordered. Why can’t you just accept orders on your website ?!

Extremely expensive for the size of the cake you recieve. Flavour is good, but not that good you'd pay £35 a cake. Try ASDA chocolate vegan torte £4. Voila. Saved you £30

Great service and beautiful packaging. Afternoon tea, unfortunately, was rather heavy & stodgy so much so that we could not eat it.

Not as nice as previous one we ordered. There was too much sponge which was quite dry. The previous one we ordered was much nicer.

The order process, communication and delivery was smooth. However, I thought the cake was too dry and the fudge was too sugary so we did not enjoy it. Unfortunately I don’t think I will order again.

No surprise treat for my boyfriends birthday! Ordered birthday cake gift box with bottle of champagne almost month ago from his birthday. Was able to select specific the date and paid £10 for it. So at that received an email my parcel has been delayed in transit. Delivery happened next day. But it was too late, I couldn’t surprise him and told him his birthday cake couldn’t arrive by the time. Such a shame! I was more upset than him. Because couldn’t organise even birthday cake!

The cake was not fresh and therefore some parts very dry. It was not great. I have had their cakes before and that one was good but the latest one not.

Cake could be more moist, chocolate could have a deeper, sweeter and less rich bitterness taste. Textures of both cake and icing could be worked on to be softer and more moisture

Whilst the products tasted lovely, delivery needs significant improvement. I ordered very far in advance & paid extra to have a specific time slot for delivery - 8am to 12pm. This was for a birthday treat - I had show tickets which I had to give up in order to wait in & the afternoon was ruined. I emailed the company who gave me a £15 credit for my next order. I hadn’t planned on ever using them again give the inconvenience they caused me. Do not promise and charge for a service that you cannot deliver on.

We got this cake last year for my son, it was amazing and everyone praised at how delicious. This year it was dry and wet in some places that's why I gave a 3

It was easy to buy and arrived promptly which I appreciate. However I did not see in the instructions to heat up the very hard scones in my Winter Picnic. They were unedible without being heated up. However I ordered a picnic to take to an outdoor event specifically because I could not heat up food items as we would be outside and not able to pre-heat. The rest of the picnic was great but the lack of edible scones was impractical

The service we got was great, the cake looked beautiful but the cake itself was very disappointing with it feeling wet like it had been frozen this was noted by almost every guest and the cake reminded mostly untouched it was incredibly disappointing on such an important day
