“Arrived on time with appropriate and sustainable packaging. Cake itself was delicious, enjoyed by all. My only complaint would be it's quite small for the price, serves around 4-5. It would be good if there were other size options like some of the other cakes, along with piping a message option.”

“Cutter and Squidge make great cakes, but raspberry ripple was far too sweet and had too much cream, which couldn't be eaten. Would have been a great cake with more natural flavour of raspberries and less cream.”

“Company was responsive and helpful. This would have been 5 stars except for two issues. I paid a little extra for a guaranteed delivery slot between 8 am and 12 pm, and my cake turned up at 7:30 am. Whilst I should be happy it was early - it didn't suit my needs to receive it outside of the planned slot, but overall I suppose this really is a minor issue. My second issue was related to the cake itself - I was a little underwhelmed. It lacked the zing I'd expect from something with Lemon as one of the headline flavours, it was all a little sweet and 'samey'. It was beautiful otherwise.”

“Loved the cake very moist and tasty however it was quite a lot of icing for a 6inch cake & quite expensive however I do like the delivery service factor and that it is a fresh cake, would’ve liked them to have a bigger size range for cake delivery.”

“Good company, no complaints about quality of produce or delivery. Website is nice but the ordering process is slightly odd, both times I placed an order the delivery address was wrong and there was no option to check it before confirming order. I ended up having to cancel the first order and reorder to the correct address but then lost my 15% off voucher as it said I had already used it 🙈”

“I originally received the incorrect cake. As I needed a vegan and gluten free cake with next day delivery. I had called customer service and asked either for a replacement cake or a full refund. I was able to receive the correct cake on time in the end before dinner that same evening.”
