“My order got cancelled due to THEIR OWN TECHNICAL ISSUE, phoned them up and they promised to deliver my order on the day we needed it for an event when i had booked for the day before to avoid any disappointment. The order got delivered after the event, absolutely making the event a total disaster.”

“This cake was disappointing and not up to previous standards. Rather stodgy and the pieces of chocolate on top seemed to be a rather unpleasant cooking chocolate. A substantial portion of this cake was left uneaten,”

“Excellent service, the only company online I found last minute that allowed me to place an order for a vegan/dairy-free birthday cake on a late Saturday evening for delivery on Monday (my daughter's birthday) and came fairly early too. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Only 1 thing I would have to ask hoping the company sees this review, please add more vegan/dairy-free/no soya milk cake options. I was in search of a vanilla sponge cake for a 3-year-old. Everything else excellent,packaging, delivery, taste, and presentation 10/10”
