I would have pressed the no star button if it had one. I have a full, clean driving licence and work 28 hours a week in a very responsible job. So Cuvva, come on, don’t be age(ist).

I accidentally hit a persons car this company ,promised a car replacement last Friday ,today I have had to ring again as the gentleman I hit cannot understand English very well ,nor understand it ,I have been on to my insurance company I waited nearly an hour to speak to them,they told me to ring his insurance which I have there is so much noise in their office they cannot correctly hear you , they have now promised him a replacement car again tomorrow ,why not today it is only 10 mins past 2 and will this car finally appear to this lovely man tomorrow I wait to see

DI NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have never owned a license or a car in the 55 yrs of my life, I am getting payments taken from my bank at a rate of 8 payments in four weeks, every time I report it to my bank, this company gets my new card details from Visa and takes another payment! There is definitely a fraudster in this company, and don't even attempt to contact them... there is no contact details! FRAUDULENT SCAMMING B***

AVOID AVOID!!! This insurance firm is a joke! One month into my cover, they asked me to take a picture of of my car and send it them so I did (bare in mind I have already sent them my cars picture before when taking the cover) I sent them the pictures again, I got told I can’t get a cover as I have Splitter on my car so they will cancel my cover 🤨🤨 they said only way to resume your cover is if you remove the SPLITTER and fair enough I agreed I went to local garage and paid them £100 to remove the SPlITTER - I sent them the picture again, and was rejected again!!! They said “On a piece of Paper write todays date and put on bonnet and then send us a picture” so I agreed again I sent them the picture. And guess what, they said they won’t be able to resume my cover 🤯🤯🤯🤯 I spent all day running about just to find out they can’t resume my cover!! These guys are jokes!! I would avoid them!!

It cost me £100 pound to insure a car for ONE day. Its cheaper to rent a mercedes for one day. £45 to rent a merc for one day, £100 to be insured on my grandads volkswagen.

Beware of fraudulent activity from this site. I signed up with one of my email addresses, had an email off them to my other email account saying I had changed my email from the email I had not used with them. No satisfaction at all from emailing them or live chat. They won't insure me again. I have done nothing wrong at all. I am 65 years old, no motoring convictions so don't understand. Disgusting fraudulent site as far as I am concerned. STAY AWAY FROM CUVVA INSURANCE

Installed their app and went to get a car insurance quote but they would only base this on my location at the time of the quote. As I was nowhere near where I would be driving and prices apparently vary by location they wanted to give me an incorrect quote. I got no satisfaction when I highlighted I wanted a quote for another location not immediate cover.

This People are a joke they, mention on here before downloaded the app that they have insured 22years old on audi R8, 100K car i was trying to borrow my brother car he got mercedes CLS simple car, it says sorry we can not insure you.

Avoid as much as you can!!! I found the subscription pack as a good idea which is covering the car while is PARKED and to drive they shown around £5 till midnight not per day and actually i paid £10.75, just to visit my family for Easter ,after couple off days they cancelled my subscription with the most stupid reason “the vehicle is licensed with TFL “ ok it’s true, i used my car as PHV till 2 months ago, and the licence is valid till next month but the car is not used,so i lost £37 because they don’t want to refund any money.

I purchased a vehicle for £6000 and I needed a the monthly subscription policy they then refused to insure me as my car apparently was not worth £5000 I then tried to speak with them to see if they would look into it futrther they became stressed and rude would not put me in contact with someone higher just kept sending me these same automated services good for day insurance poor for monthly as there auto valuations are very off avoid.

I was asked to verify my account with a selfie and also my driving licence which was accepted and verified. They later asked to verify my account again which I did using the same picture. A couple days later they cancelled my insurance and refused to give me a refund because I use the same picture that was accepted in the beginning. Con artists I swear.

Awful service. My partner was in hospital and nearly lost his life but cuvva took over 1000 pds from his bank account and they won't tell us why. They never getc back to us when they say they will. Don't use them - bad eggs

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear about your partner and I hope they are making a full recovery. We will only take a payment when someone purchases a policy so if you or your partner haven't purchased a policy please contact our support team through the app. If it's over £1,000 it's very likely to be multiple policies so we would like to make sure these were payments by the card owner and make sure someone hasn't been fraudulently purchasing policies on your card. We have an average 2 minute response time between 6am and midnight 7 days a week and they will be able to look into this for you.
