“Somebody asked me to help him with a CV, I found Cvmaker and I filled all the info that person, as well as his email and my card details. I can't even access that account. They are hiding their real taxation, because people would not choose such a service.”

Asa cum am scris si acum doua zile, in ianuarie sotul meu a facut un CV si m-a rugat sa il platesc eu pentru ca nu avea cardul la el. Apoi in februarie si martie acest site mi-a retras de doua ori, in mod automat, fara sa mi se ceara acordul doua sume in valoare de 89 lei.
Atentie, eu nu eram persoana care a facut CV-ul si in consecinta acest abonament nu era pe numele meu, nici nu stiam de existenta acestui abonament!
Am solicitat in nenumarate randuri cele doua sume de 89 lei!!!
Am primit 13 refuzuri!!!

“Same as everyone writing here. I paid for one CV 3 £, after that I got an email I owe them 19,99£... I paid it and unsubcribed. I hope I am done with them. But it is very shady. I did not about free trial or monthly paying at all. It was not written or clearly mentioned at all! It's a big fraud!!”
“Firstly its not free. Your paying £2.95 for a cv template. If you dont cancel and deactivate your account they will automatically take £14.95 out of your account every month (check t&c) and if you dont pay it you will be charged. My suggestion is use another website”

apparently i owe them money even though i never used their services, except when i downloaded my CV. i now owe them 18 times the original amount for a subscription i was unaware of.”
“Created a CV paid for it. Little known after a week been charged another money from my account. When questioned I was told send an email and I will be refunded but when left an email I was told I have been subscribed automatically and I was charged for this.
Disgraceful customer service and won't issue a refund either.

“Paid for template for CV which wasn't very good anyway. Had to adjust it, paid £2.99. Thought that was it didn't realise 8 days later they take a subscription fee of £14.95 and want it every month.
What for?
Only need a CV template and already had Paid for it.
Paid through PayPal so cancelled payments.
Will not refund the first subscription fee.
If so many people are complaining about the fee they know full well its not clear when using the site.
Shame on you. Making money off people trying to get a job to earn a living.”
“Absolutely the same expiriance as everyone else! Not being notified that I have subscribed and two months later I received a £30 bill from them. Customer support extremely rude saying "first of all, you are the one subscribed to our services". I do not know how people / businesses like this one can still operate after so many people being deceived...”
“Same story that happened to all reviewers above. For using their service of CV formatting i promptly paid around 3 us dollars. To my surprice another demand for 20 us dollars came after 7 days.
However the payment was rejected by my card company. I further found a subscription in fine prints, which I cancelled.
They are still demanding the 20 us dollar payment.
Some one shd go to judiciary to teach them a lesson.”
