That's the same thing they did to me just right now I received the deduction from my account they must return it back 24.95 USD
SCAM, these guys scam you for 24USD after you make a purchase for 2$ for their services and they dont even answers their emails when you ask them for a refund and i iwll launch a huge campaign to take them down completely if they do not refund that money back!! And after reading all of these comments i now realize that i fell for their scam too, And right after i have immediately cancelled my subscription! AND I WOULD LIKE TO REPEAT AGAIN IF A REFUND IS NOT MADE A HUGE CAMPAIGN ONLINE TO TAKE THEM DOWN !
So if I block my card, there won’t be any problem coz obviously I won’t pay 19.99$ For a service I didn’t even use and had not been made aware of its subscription, on top of that they’re threatening to take this matter to incaso please help!
