“I contacted the company with the following “Just installed the kit I purchased from your company. There are two problems. The clutch will not disengage fully. The lever has free play until half way in then moves the slave cylinder piston smoothly without any sponginess. System fully bled. No air in the line. The original clutch perch for the left mirror is left hand thread. Your supplied perch has a right hand thread. Any idea how to rectify the first problem? The second problem will require a replacement clutch perch or mirror. The bike is a 2014 Victory Gunner” Their reply. “Thanks for contacting us! Sorry it's giving you trouble. These are questions more suited for a dealer or mechanic.” I replied. “The original clutch perch has a left hand thread for the mirror. The hydraulic perch you supplied has a right had thread. How is this “more suited to a dealer or mechanic” and not a problem for you to address as it’s your product?” Their reply. “I do know this much. This kit is made for a Cross Country or Cross Roads type bike. It does not appear to be designed for the Gunner.” Needless to say I will not be buying from the company again.”

“Horrible experience paid $1500 for a transmission never received the item was told it had to go to a commercial address due to weight and value long story short they changed shipping address without telling me and the package was dropped off and signed by someone besides me , things don’t add up this company is a scam DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING $1500 down the drain and customer service is zero help”

“Really bad experience. I called customer service to cancel an order and they said no problem the order is canceled. Then I received an e-mail confirmation that the order has been shipped about 90 minutes later. They just pushed the order through anyway and played dumb. I sent 3 messages via e-mail/through the website and left a phone voicemail. 3 days passed before they finally got back to me and simply said sorry the order is already on the way..you can ship it back to us when you receive it. So I would have to pay out of my pocket to ship it back only to get store credit probably.”

“Used part came missing parts one guy said you had it he seen it the other guy said it didn't come with it just a bunch of bulshit I never got my return slip whoever's uploading paperwork for you guys sucks to so pretty much horrible”
