“Hm, I got this smart plug so I can monitor the power appliances use but I haven’t even managed to pair it on the Cygnett app yet. Why should it be so hard? It pairs with HomeKit, which is a plus, but takes a while to respond each time. A bit disappointing.”

“I ordered a charge cable for my Samsung galaxy a20 phone and what I got sent dosent fit my phone very disappointed I can't use it. Was a lot of money for me I'm not working due to a badly broken leg thru domestic violence I really didn't need something else to cry over.😭😭 I would be nice if you sent me one that fits my phone please.”

“Horrible product. It randomly releases the phone and it falls while driving. Tried to contact Cygnet, submitted online form haven't heard anything back yet after 4 days. I would definitely not recommended this product.”
