The most ridiculous company ever. They send the product a month late and their return policy is horrendous. They expect me to use my own money for returns which is turning out to me more expensive than the actual cost of the product. In addition to that they deduct 49 dollars plus 10% restocking fee plus 25% more for oversized items. Please never do any business with them. This is one of the worst furniture store experiences ever

Returns: We ordered what we thought was some new dark wood furniture for our living room - when it arrived and we opened the box, it was cheap MDF wood with a dark wood plastic lacquer that was scratched and poorly glued together.

DO NOT ORDER A SOFA .”
Unfortunately we ordered to replace our current ones that we had for 7 yrs . Safe to say I would rather keep the ones we have for 7 yrs
Material of sofa as well is very poor that we were sliding just trying to simply sit
I have emailed to return them and the 1st condition is "You've kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price". With some items rcvd vacuum packed I fail to see how I can achieve this .
I have emailed back for someone to pick it up assembled and do a partial refund .
Avoid sofas at all costs unless you want to order a torture devise
UPDATE: Cannot be returned or even get a partial refund as I cannot get the packaging in original condition and guarantee that the company can sell it again at full cost . So if you were trying to save by getting a comfy sofa AVOID as this is not comfy and returns conditions are impossible

With the back pain inflected by just sitting on the sofa for a couple of hours , I have emailed back for someone to pick it up assembled and do a partial refund . Awaiting outcome which I am not very optimistic about
Hope this won't be an expensive mistake that we have to pay for but at least I will do my good dead and keep warning others
