I honestly believe this is a scam. I have only received 2 items in total and I have been signed up since December 2023. Customer service keeps giving me the run around and has yet to refund my money.”
“Although I'm loving the experience it is a bit frustrating that I only seem to get about 4 to 6 items a month. That is not what I saw on influencers reals that I saw on TikTok. They showed getting WAY more packages on averages. I feel the influencers were a bit misleading.”
“I was charged $64 on March 6th and I haven't received anything since March 2nd so I do not know what is going on but I have not received anywhere near 10 boxes.”
“I was not reciprocated. For 2 months, partial for February also no orders for March. Also each month I don’t receive all that I am listed as receiving. I don’t have $64 to give away. The pajamas and the earbuds are down as to me receiving, NOT TRUE. Was not sent to me. You need to screen your workers.”
“Well since I only received 4 boxes and I was promised I would get the other boxes because of your system messing up. I would not be willing to rate it high especially since after I was promised a correction and to get the boxes I was due and now I’ve been ghosted”
“So as far as the items being sent as they claim I haven’t gotten 10 items within 3 months 10 was supposed to be shipped and 2 was canceled but as far as customer service they have been 5 stars. The items I received was ok. I think 8 items I received in comparison to the money that I have paid it doesn’t equal out so I was charged for 2 months and refunded 1 month. So I will see what happens at this point on. I really hope it gets better.”
“It's called daily box club yet that is so not correct! I have only received 4 items so far from the last time I paid on the first of March again and have yet to get anything. If there is nothing received in the next few day I will be demanding a full refund and contacting the BBB because you say a package daily by the name alone! But to not get anything in almost 2 weeks is unexecptable!”
“We had a bit of a rocky start but customer service definetly wanted to make sure they had a chance to change my opinion on everything. I would most definetly say the subscription is worth the money. Lets face it your going to recieve some things you dont need or want, but im making a stock pile of christmas gifts with what i dont want to keep for myself. A few cool things we have recieved are a really nice set of bed sheets and pillow cases, a racing rc car thats pretty BA, portable batteries. Its fun seeing whats coming in the mail next. Cant wait for my next box to get here.”
“While the customer service individuals are really great, I am not sure the algorithms work as stated. It took over 4 months to get the minimum 10 boxes. (Was promised 10-20 boxes PER month!) Since then, only three other boxes have come. All the "expensive" orders have been canceled by Amazon or the seller. A few boxes have conveniently become "lost in the mail". It's been six months now and I've not even received the 20 boxes for the one month......”
