“Awesome box subscription. I really enjoy the random stuff WHEN I do receive them. The behind the scene operations needs help. Daily Box Club dashboard often informs you of the items you should be getting. However, Amazon is likely to have no information on an order at all. I feel everything looks great on paper, but the operations needed to efficiently, accurately, and effectively streamline this process on the back end is in need of some improvements.”

“Would get a higher rating if the consistency of getting boxes to meet the minimum amount of 10 boxes a month was more guaranteed. Had problems with that the first month I paid, I didn't get the minimum even with the extended time of 5-6 weeks still didn't get 10 boxes. Hopefully this month will be better. I will give a better review once the program delivers minimum or Hopefully better.”

Checking the website since it’s been a month since I received anything to find out what may be sent is again inappropriate for me. Wondering why I signed up with your company”
“It’s a great concept but it does have a few issues. Sometimes you never receive the items that are emailed to you as being shipped. The value of the items is great but, it would be nice if they really looked at the list of your preferences. It says 10 items per month but, I don’t believe I’ve actually ever received 10 but, I like the idea of a gift box ever few days.”
“The program gurantees a minimum of 10 boxes a month. My first month was great. Over the next month I have only received 4 boxes. The current month I have received 3 boxe. I have yet to receive any type of refund or extension of subscription. Follow-up from customer service has been fair. I am still waiting for response to my last communication.”

“Expensive items are always canceled. No since completing your interests. They don’t go by them. Linking with Amazon account needs delinked almost every week. Half of the time can’t reverify or link account. Request fails a code 10.”
“I was told that you would receive 10 boxes at LEAST every month if not more. I had only received 3 so I reached out for help with tech. They extended my time 2 weeks so it wouldn’t renew yet, but in that time frame I only received one more order. I got another email saying that I had something on the way from daily box club (just ordered today) and when I checked my account nothing was showing. I come to my daily box club account to see they “ordered” two things that don’t exist in my Amazon account. So for the $64 membership I got 4 items that don’t even add up to the membership cost. I was so disappointed because my first month experience with them was pretty great, although there was a similar experience with the amount of packages sent out in the beginning. I don’t know what glitch or error was going on or if there could have been more done but I am not happy with this experience.”
“Ever since I joined the club I haven’t gotten boxes like advertised. I was told minimum 10 boxes per month I’ve only gotten 2-3 boxes per month items for babies or items not worth buying. So far for march I’ve gotten 2 boxes with ok items but not like what they advertise.”
