“Not receiving items of much value… few items were quite cheaply made, received 1 pair of shoelaces twice and one item never came because Amazon could not fulfill the order… hope the items get better”
“Some of the items sent or picked out are not part of the interest selected on my profile or sizes selected on profile. Wish we can select things on interest that we do not want sent as part of the subscription and if the sizes r selected they r used.”

“1st month using the subscription. I plan on giving it one more month to make a better decision. Right now, I’m a bit eh on the items, which I received 10. Some of the items were “high priced” for what they got, but a quick Amazon search shows plenty of other options of way lower value and the same item. They keep saying 10-20 boxes, so hopefully second month I get more than 10.”
“It was great for the very first month! Once the second month began at full price, I have only received 1 box and I’m about 2wks into the 2nd month so take it however you will but I’m really upset. Another thing is that it keeps telling me to reconnect my Amazon acct & I have noticed that all of my items that were in my Amazon cart for saved for later are GONE! So whoever is behind this has definitely been doing more than just ordering items to ship to you”

“Some of the things I have received are great however, there have been some strange things too.
I got toddler boy clothes which I couldn't use.
My account said that I received tealights which I didn't.
I got a men's shirt that is a size medium, even though my account says men's large.
I also don't like that the service deletes items in my cart that I put there myself and my account errors out often since joining.”
“I like the surprise aspect, but two packages were shipped to a different address and there have been some pretty awesome things that I have missed out on.”

We appreciate your feedback, sorry to hear that amazon dropped your packages off at the wrong address, I wish we could control that but that's something on the Amazon/USPS/UPS side.
