“I haven’t gotten 6 of the 22 boxes that have been sent out. You are supposed to get a minimum of 10 boxes per month so by now I should have had at least 30 boxes but I have gotten 16. I love the things I have received but right now I am debating keeping my subscription active because I am not even getting communication from customer service. It is extremely frustrating!!”
“This is a great idea that us poorly executed. You will NOT get high end items.. YOU will NOT get many items. I received 4 for the entire month and the total value of items could be purchased at 5below for $12 total. I was charged $65 NOT the $39 they advertise.
They take over your Amazon account, delete your items.. Try to send you worthless or highly inappropriate items (expired food or tattoo needles)”
“Not worth the money. 1st month got 2 boxes. 2nd month got 6 and 8 the 3rd month. It renews before I can get in to cancel. Every time I contact customer service they say they will adjust if I didn't get the minimum boxes but haven't seen it yet. Set an alarm on my phone do I cancel before next charge. The nice items always cancel so mine shows total 20 boxes sent in 3 months but due to cancelled items that us not right.”

“My dashboard says I received many more items than I actually did. I was told I would get an extra two weeks, because of the all of the missing items ---however I did not.

“Disappointed as in general it doesnt really send a daily box as it’s title.
By chance I knew that I can or allowed to delete items that I cannot use, so not enough explanation I found, I am paying $64 per month but have seen that read reviews of people paying $54 as their normal rate!!! Expecting better or hoping it will be better or it is really not worth it”
“It's great! Only flaw is when DBC and I are shopping at the same time it's hard to check out or put things in my shopping cart when I'm purchasing items. Other than that it's a fantastic club.”
“Exciting to get regular surprises with the assortment of deliveries. However, there are gaps in these deliveries that can be over three weeks and you need to reach out to see what the problem is. (happened to me 2x already) in six months but you are not credited the amount of time you have not received anything. Will give them one more chance to be a "somewhat" DAILY box club.”
“I've been a part of the day with the box club for about 6 months. How did that 6 months? They take my payment out. However, I've only seen 2 boxes which have not been worth anything. They took out of my account”
“The total value of merchandise I have received does not even remotely come close to what I have paid. I went several months where I didn’t receive anything at all and thought my subscription had expired. Them I found my bank account was still being charged for all of those months, I just wasn’t receiving anything. Very disappointed.”
“After being subscribed for about 4 months, it is not worth it. I would say about 50% of the items I received are from categories I did not select. Most of the items sent to me are for children..I don't have children. I have also been charged 3 separate times for purchases they made. The only recourse they have is to tell you to take your personal time to return it.
I give 2 stars because you do receive a good amount of boxes and their customer service is responsive.”
“I am absolutely so happy with daily box Club I love all the things that I'm getting and to get something in the mail everyday is so awesome I'll tell you that I'm telling everybody about it and I'm going to be doing my reviews and I hopefully will send a bunch of people this way”
