“I’m not always getting the packages out of claims they’re running out before I get my shipments and then I’m often getting doubles of things that I don’t really need two of and it’s been frustrating to say the least being disconnected every couple of days and having to reconnect my account
However, the staff have been responsive and helpful for the most part.”

“It's a great concept but after a few months of being a member, I have yet to have received anything even close to the $65/month I have been spending. Everything seems to be numerous car chargers for cellphones, car parts for a Tessla, and baby items even though I do not have that listed as an interest and don't have any kids or little grandkids. The items they show on the site as being shipped out are definitely NOT what you get!”

Also I don’t like how it shows items being sent but they never come or action required before it can be shipped! Otherwise I have zero regrets on subscribing…. Keep the good stuff coming! “I haven't received half of the items listed that were suppose to be issued. No replacement items. It's hard to reach anyone. I'm paying more in the membership than the items in received. I've received really cheap items. All if the good items are always canceled. No explanation of why. I had went almost the whole month of June without one item received. I haven't received anything from my suggested list. I'm very disappointed with the membership.”
