“My account indicates that in the 2 months I have been a memer I have received 9 boxes. I have received 7. In 2 months, small things at that. Absolutely disappointing.”
“In the past three months, I have reecived one product. Some probiotic drops. I am constanly getting emails asking me to reconnect my amazon account. I have done this over and over.
This has been fraudulent since I have only received one product and have repeatedly reached out for help.

“Customer service is really good but the service is overrated. The boxes don’t arrive almost weeklyas advertised or even bimonthly. The boxes that are sent are completely useless. The projected items are 25% accurate and when accounts are to be cancelled-the site entices you by putting a high dollar item as a projected item. Essentially this is a high level scam with minimal effort”

“While still having technical issues I was assured my card would not be charged and yet it has been? So disappointed in the company. While most of the customers service representatives have been fantastic, you all dropped the ball with a few ones that clearly don’t care!! Haven’t been receiving any items in spite being queued up in cart and even indicating items would be sent with nothing happening or even getting notice that items are delayed. While a few item do get sent and Received!!”
“If you had asked me to give this review the first month that I was a member, I would have given you a 5-star review. Since then, however, I've been completely disappointed. One day, I was doing some Amazon shopping. Clearly, someone from the Daily Box club was also shopping. I was adding items to my cart and continuing to shop. When I came back to check out, all my items were gone and other items were there that I had not put in my cart. I quit shopping and decided to try again the next day. I was again unsuccessful and very frustrated. I opened a new Amazon account and linked that account with the Daily Box Club. Since then, I have not received another item. My money was refunded for one month that I didn't receive any product. I'm waiting to see if another month will be refunded. I really enjoyed receiving the products when I was getting them. I'm hoping I begin receiving them again soon.”
