“The service is fine for what is chosen and delivered. What I have a problem with, what I have complained about multiple and I do mean MULTIPLE times is having to reconnect my account and re-verify my account every other day if not every day. It makes me not want to continue with this program. If i don't do this reconnection, the packages stop coming. This HAS to stop. It is a nusiance to do this over and over and over again”
“I have had unboxng since the 1st of November wthin 3 months i have only had 15 thing come everything else is canceled. It has tried to charge my caed for severl thing as well.”

“I have been apart of unboxing since november. It stated on several videos that you recive 10 pluse items amonth. That is not true you dont even get 10 it is more like 5. All items cancel and dont show on your amazon. The items that they do send are very very cheap. I am hoping it will change i said i would give it 6 months.”

“I get notices of drops then they get cancelled. Also many drops go to my last shipped address and did not come to my address. It was fine first month but had not been a great deal the past few. Most disappointing is anything that would be worth the cost seems to get cancelled.”
“I get notification of boxes that are going to be mailed for the month and then I don’t get them because the client ran out but I don’t get replaced with another item so I don’t seem to be getting a true tint boxes a month as of January it’s the 18th and I have received none even though my account it’s already paid upnot sure what the holdup is”
