“The first month I did not realize my synch between Amazon had stopped so I did not recieve many packages. I have had a lot of strange things in my box that I do not have on my list of preferences. I have received a couple of nice items though.”

“Very misleading 3 of the items I was indigent were being shipped are not, yet they still show on my lens list I received. There is no way to get them taken off my list and is been over a week since I even had an item ordered let alone received. Funny that I just made my second payment in it also.”
“I was actually surprised how Daily Box works. But I decided to give it a try and it is great! You have to keep checking to make sure your prime account is paired so you can receive boxes. Most of the boxes I received are useful and a pleasant surprise!!! There's only one box that said delivered but in fact was not delivered. No big deal since I really did not pay for it. So for my first month I received 12 boxes total. I am very happy with Daily Box and look forward to receiving more useful and lovely boxes!!!”
“I like getting random surprises in the mail, but would like to be able to update profile for things that are not useful to me. Example: I received an infant product and do not have infants or friends with infants so not a good selection for me. But so far most the items have been great!”
“There were many issues with the products. Some orders were incomplete. For example, one order was supposed to include ten items, and only received two. After reading the reviews, many others complained of the same issue. I also received items I didn't subscribe to, such as baby items. The quality of the products was not what I was expecting. It was far worse. I'm disappointed as only one item from two months worth of shipments was usable.”
“I thought this would be more user friendly. I have to reverify my Amazon account at random times which might be ok except I don’t get notifications to do so. This means that I’m paying for a service that pauses itself without my knowledge.”
“I was expecting more out of this but I’m giving it another try. Other people that I know get way better things that can actually be used so I’m doing another month to see what I get. Also I only received eight items when I was told I get from 10 to 20 boxes per month.”
“I love Daily Box Club! Some of the stuff I can’t use but it’s like Christmas everyday and it has been a blessing for us because out of 18+ boxes I’ve only not used one item. You definitely get back (value wise) way more than the monthly cost.

“I’ve received several items from Daily Box Club. They are definitely extremely random items which makes it silly and fun but a lot of stuff I’ll never use. I have yet to receive any big ticket items like they advertise but the total dollar value of the items I have received do equal more than the monthly fee. My biggest complaint is that I can be in the middle of shopping for items on Amazon and before I finish checking out all of my items in my cart will have been deleted by Daily Box Club and I will have to start completely over and try to purchase the items before they are deleted again, which seems to be a race against the clock or even impossible at certain times. Also, my “save for later” is FULL of random items the company has added which make it near impossible for me to use that feature for myself because there are constantly so many items added that I can’t find the items I add myself. So far I am continuing with my membership hoping to get something worthwhile but not sure how much longer I’ll keep it.”
“Very satisfied so far. It's been 1 month. Had 1 item cancelled and 2 items never show. But the items that did, were great and high valued! Customer service is 5⭐️. Always quick to respond and fix the problem asap.”
“I supposed to get daily items I haven't gotten anything in over a week and a half I keep getting emails stating my account needs attention for me to sign back up when I never canceled. I think this is a scam but still they take out of my account. At this point I am more than happy to cancel as this service isn't as promised. Good Bye??????”
