“I only have 2 issues with Daily Box Club. The first is that I keep receiving items baby/children related even though I don’t have that box checked. The other is that the higher value items that state when they’re expected but always end up being delayed and then never get them.”
“Trash! I have been a member for three months and not one of those months have these boxes been consistent? I received an email stating that I’m going to receive some thing then it never comes and then I never even get a replacement for it.”
“I can honestly say that I was skeptical at first. But I have been very pleased with everything I've received so far. When I had an issue , concerns and questions initially, the staff was prompt and courtesy and they were equally accommodating. I'm excited for every box I've received. I've already assigned some of the things as gifts.”
“I haven’t really received anything that has been something I would actually order myself or that is relevant to my life so it does feel a bit like a waste of money for me.”
“I love the deliveries and the different genre items. Although I have had to re-pair my accounts and is a nuisance and I don’t even receive any notice to re-pair my account. So if I didn’t keep checking on my own, I would never have known and would not receive boxes. I don’t think that’s fair and feel there should be a better tracking system or update notifications. I’m not sure just offering honest review and a suggestion.”
“I give this a bad review because I paid for one month and they say u will receive around 10 items a month. But the first month I only received 5 items. I am going to try one more month and see if it changes.”
“Preferences aren’t honored, sizes aren’t honored; they just send any size clothes which is a waste because sending a bathing suit in the fall size small when my sizes are indicated is just crazy. Also sending pet gifts when pet items were excluded in preferences. I don’t get a lot of boxes. Strongly thinking of canceling.”
“I have not been receiving the minimum amount per month and to top it all off they put things on my account that I supposedly received that I never received. Just ridiculous!”
“I don’t receive 10 items a month. Things that are on my sent list have been cancelled but they still show as if I got them. I have to chat with a customer service person every month just for them to postpone my next payment so they can have time to barely get to 10 boxes. Too much work for me.”
“The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I haven't received any boxes now going on 2 months.. the first month was great out side of 2 missing items that it said was shipped but I never received them and it shows on my Amazon account that I didn't get them..”
“I have not received the amount of products that were advertised. There are items showing that they should be delivered and give a date. Yet they did not arrive, so not show in my Amazon. Only on y’all’s app and in your box count. Even though they were never sent.”
