I never received anything other than one time. You have been charging my account continuously I want all charges paid back to me because of the horrible service

I have had more problems with this than it is worth. I want to cancel my membership.

Would be a great idea if it was not 7 pairs of shoe laces and rolls of burlap. But honestly it would be better if it was possible to actually log in to account and stop your company from billing gwhen I have not recoeved anything and you keep billing.

Too many tech issues. Problems with vendors. Some send messages about having made a mistake and or they won’t even send the product.

I don’t appreciate you taking my money for June and not one box came in June I just paid for nothing and customer service sucks

they do not give you what you want. sometimes the packages don't get there on time or there's a delay on the delivery

Have only received 11 or 12 of the 15 it shows that I have received and that is far from 10-20 per month. I have been signed up for 4 months which is barely 4 per month. Not quite sure it's worth it any more.

My experience has been very unsatisfactory. It took 3 months to receive 1 box then I received 4 boxes in May. So far in June only received 1 box. The program consistently loads up my cart then sends to "saved for later". I have 100s of saved for later items. Then when I add to my cart, the program deletes my items & continues with its our daily box search. Making it very difficult for me to purchase items.

In the beginning I used to get stuff all the time. Now nothing and am being charged monthly for nothing!!!

It constantly unlinks my Amazon account and now trying to link it AGAIN and all it says is server error. Try again. Have not gotten a box in over a month and can’t relink the account. Convenient!!

I received some items and then it stopped. I got charged twice but never received anything. I then spoke to someone on chat over 2 weeks ago and they said I was going to get a refund but I haven't received anything. I am not happy at all

So far I have paid for 3 months and only received 10 items. The items I have received are not even items that are on my list of things I would like. I have received a child's pair of shoes, mens clothing and several other odd items that do not coordinate with the questions asked when I signed up. I was also ordered a breast pump which never came (thankfully)! So far my experience has not been very favorable!

I have paid for 2 months and only reciprocated 12 items. They say minimum of 10 items a month. Month 1 I got 8 very cheap crappy items. I even got nutcracker ornaments in May. And June I got 2 items.

I've been a member 3 months and have received a total of 11 items. 11 period!!! No where near the guaranteed minimum of 10 items per month. 11 items total for 3 months of paid membership. And now I'm having to pay 64 dollars for June.

I can’t even shop in put items in my cart every time I go to pay there are 33 to 50 orders in my basket it takes forever to delete the items then I end up deleting my items this is very annoying

I haven’t received the minimum number of boxes in 3 months. Several or my boxes (especially electronics) never arrive.
