“It's ok. I haven't received as many boxes as advertised each month. I've received some items that really wasn't in my preferences. But hopefully it'll get better. We'll see!”
“Started off well, but I have to continually sign back into Amazon, which causes delays in your boxes, I only got a few last month due to that issue and I keep getting things outside of my preferences.”
“Daily box club is pretty cool. It would be 5 star if they fixed the issues with boxes and values being claimed even when those items are not delivered and actually make sure you receive the promised 10 boxes a month. For instance I have over $400 in items claimed that were never received, wether that was an Amazon cancelled order or just something dailybox tried to order. Those should not show on my account, it’s claiming I received items I did not and at values I did not receive. Also, only month one did I receive 10 boxes, both months following month one I have not received that amount as promised. We were actually contemplating canceling this but we usually do a 6 month trial of subscriptions so hopefully the next 3 months are better than the first. If not we will cancel and be sure to spread the word.”
“First month was fun and exciting and a lot of boxes came, after that, the items came very few in between and they were lame. Been doing it for 3 months and i will probabaly not continue for a fourth month.”
“Not getting a whole lot of what I can actually use. Received alot the first month alot less the second month and the items are getting less frequent. It seems items I really may be looking forward to get cancelled which are usually the bigger ticket items. Am seriously considering cancelling soon”
“My first couple of months were great. There was high valued items and a wide variety of items sent. This last month has been sparse and items that have been sent have not been very worthwhile. Hoping to see improvement in the future or will be canceling my subscription.”
“Most of the products are decent, but I’ve had to contact at least 5 times for not having the minimum boxes for the month or for there being a large gap in between shipments. My membership has had to be extended twice.”
“It’s fun to receive random things but your system is disruptive to my Amazon account. I have been unable to shop because your system is busy adding stuff to my cart that I never get then my Saved for Later list is now very long.”

“I have in general liked this service its a cool way to get super randomized items but I have only had it for a few months and have received white $4 shoe laces twice and a few items were never received due to out of stock for so long amazon ends up canceling the orders.”
“Most items are unusable for me. Some even don’t ever arrive because the sellers they chose from run out of items. I’d say of the 30 boxes in 2 months, maybe 5 are of real value to me. The rest will be gifted to others as I have no use for such things as a men’s bathing suit, 3 iPhone cases and little boys swimming flippers. I’ll hang on for one more month and see if it get any better.”
“Items received are completely random even though the company has you submit your interests. Of my 3 months I've only received maybe 4 items that I could actually use. Still hoping to get something good.”
“It’s been on the surprises are fun but really how many pairs of shoe laces do I need? Several things have been canceled before shipping one package was supposed to take a month to be delivered and then was canceled the day before it was supposed to be delivered. Wondering if it is worth $50 a month.”
“I’d love to give it a 4 but it’s a 50/50 shot on if I’ll get something I’ll use or not and if I get it at all. There has been a few items it says I’m getting and I never did. But the quality of the items is amazing.”
