“I love not knowing what I am going to get. But what’s the point of asking what kind of items you want to get if you rarely go by it. But love it when I do get something I can use or really like. I also think $64 a month is a bit much.”
“It is constantly disconnecting my account from the DailyBox Club account. I am not able to shop on Amazon for my own items when I need something without my cart being emptied automatically. It’s a bigger hassle than it should be”
“I wish that I were getting boxes as promised. In August 3 orders were cancelled and for some reason after the 16th, no other packages came. In addition, I'm constantly having to reconnect my account.”
“Not consistent with boxes (receive a box every 2 weeks or more compared to weekly/daily), the categories selected for the boxes (I received a lot of pet items and I’m allergic to animals), or delivery of the boxes (a good amount of boxes scheduled to be sent to me have been canceled).”
“I would give more stars, but it isn’t reliable. I’ve not received a package in a month. They will tell you you’re getting something, but Amazon cancels it. Most of the things you get are cheap. Like shoelaces. Or a kite. The most expensive thing I got was a cheaply made desk with a price of $100-not worth $20. Very disappointing.”
“There is constantly issues with not being able to link to my Amazon account. Also the boxes are not coming as frequently as they had when I started back in April. It took 2 months to get my last 15 deliveries The quantity as well as quantity of my deliveries has DECREASED considerably while the cost has INCREASED considerably. I’m hoping things improve soon or I will be looking for other subscriptions”
“Haven't really received anything too exciting yet. I had a big priced item coming but it was canceled on Amazon's part. Step up on the items! I'm just getting a bunch of junk. Nothing like you guys advertise.”
“It’s great however doesn’t really send things that are helpful or useful. I see a lot of what’s being sent out and they look so cool and beneficial to have and they send me thing that aren’t on the list of what is being sent out.”
“My amazon account kept needing to be paired. And now it won't let me sign in. The items that are worth over $100 get canceled and I get stuck with $30 or less.”
“When you sign up they ask for preferences and sizes, but they don't seem to use them. I did not sign up for baby or kids stuff but they send me stuff for little kids and I don't have any. They sent me clothing articles in small even though I listed large on the preferences. A number of the items never shipped, but show up in my daily box account. They said they sent me a $300 breast pump, just what every 54 year old needs, but they didn't send it, but they did add the $300 to how much they claim to have sent me. This has happened several times. I also get accessories for products I don't own. They sent me toothbrush heads for an electric toothbrush I don't have. An Apple Watch band when I don't have an Apple Watch. I've had a few good items, but honestly most are not usable and are not as frequent as they claim.”
“The service is interesting to say the least. 3-4 items I was suppose to receive were cancelled by Amazon. They inundate your Amazon cart with interesting items, valuable items, yet you receive something cheesy that cost $5-29. Still trying to decide whether I will continue my membership”
“In reality they send really bad things that would be cheaper if you got it yourself. Never received anything according to my interests. Also they take things out of your cart while you’re shopping for your home. It’s really annoying to see many thing in your save for later tab on Amazon. My experience may not be yours but my save for later is 400 items that I have to delete . They also never sent my last ten boxes. Honestly you’d be better buying your own things”
