“The first month I got a lot of boxes. The second month hardly any. They sent random things, like replacement sun visors for a car you don’t own or foam ammo for a toy your kids don’t have. Definitely didn’t receive any of the cool things they post about.”
“I was so eager to try Daily Box Club so I could receive 10-20 boxes per month however that has not occurred. I have been a member for 3.5 months and only received 19 boxes. However, Daily Box Club has been more than accommodating by refunding my subscription money as well as extending my subscription without further payment. It can be frustrating to order Amazon on your own because DBC will be adding random stuff to your cart That being said, I do love what I have received from Daily Box Club. I recently received a $159 Telescope. I will keep my subscription as long as I get 2-4 boxes a week.”
“It has been frustrating for the last 3 months. We started out getting stuff then went a month and a half without a thing. Why am I paying for a service only to get nothing? In the last 3 months we have received 3 items. Why?”
“I believe that people really need to understand how the process works. I am having a hard time completing my own individual orders for fear of missing a good item through the club. I can see nice items in the cart and then end up with something insignificant. I only received 2-3 items during this last billing cycle.”

By chance I knew that I can or allowed to delete items that I cannot use, so not enough explanation I found, I am paying $64 per month but have seen that read reviews of people paying $54 as their normal rate!!! Expecting better or hoping it will be better or it is really not worth it”

“It was fun for a bit. Customer service was excellent—the team in charge of sending things out, meh. I had months where I only received eight things. Customer service gave me free weeks, then escalated that up. The next month was great. Month after, back to only 8, and some things were in categories I did not select. I am going to cancel the end of the month. Might try it out next year”

“Like the app just don't like the fact they send clothes or shoes that are either too big or too small for you. And with pet items. I wish you could choose the colors because I have a boy dog but girl items are always getting put in my cart.”
“The items are not worth the membership. 99% of the items are sent out once a month. What's the point of feeling out your preferences when they are not using them. It messes up my amazon cart. Deleting things in my cart without premission”
