“I’ve been trying to get an answer to my question for over 2 hours now and I keep getting the run around and questions asked of me but with no answer to my question. It should not take 2 hours to answer a question and I shouldn’t have to wait over 45 minutes for one response.”
“I love the products that I do get. It’s so exciting when a package arrives because my kids don’t know what we are getting so it’s a fun surprise. I wish there were a way to select what you actually get. Most of the times the packages get canceled bc they sell out, which is fine! I just wish there were a way to keep track of what I actually receive . I alsowish it would use the options I selected as what my interests are.. I keep getting baby items and I don’t have a use for them or anyone to gift them to.”
“The beginning was kinda rocky as I kept being logged out of the site and wasn’t getting my boxes at all. They fixed this. And gave me a free 2 weeks. Which since then it’s been pretty cool.”
“I love getting cool things sent out and seeing all the boxes come. The only thing that I don't like is that if they say that something is coming then it doesn't it still shows up on your list as an item you received. I probably have had 10 items out of the 30 I've received not come.”
