“It's fun getting a surprise in the mail randomly! Even though you get an email showing your next item, it's still exciting! I hate to admit that I get anxious whenever it goes more than a few days between items, I know that sounds greedy lol. But it's just so much fun! And convenient for gift-giving!!”

“I’ve been trying to get an answer to my question for over 2 hours now and I keep getting the run around and questions asked of me but with no answer to my question. It should not take 2 hours to answer a question and I shouldn’t have to wait over 45 minutes for one response.”
“I love the products that I do get. It’s so exciting when a package arrives because my kids don’t know what we are getting so it’s a fun surprise. I wish there were a way to select what you actually get. Most of the times the packages get canceled bc they sell out, which is fine! I just wish there were a way to keep track of what I actually receive . I alsowish it would use the options I selected as what my interests are.. I keep getting baby items and I don’t have a use for them or anyone to gift them to.”
