you keep losing my connection to my prime account. I have had to reconnect at least four times. And for the last three months, I have only received three items all the same basically thing I am not convinced that this is a good deal.

There have only been one or 2 items that we have been sent that are career gonna be used. Lots of children’s items (we have no little ones) or things that are not useful. The pajama set as listed was only a scrap of plaid material and the panties (which are extremely soft and I would probably love) are way way too big. I will be cancelling my service

I have done it and it's a excuse every time I do exactly what you say I got the email to prove that I did it and you guys keep saying that it's not linked and it is I get all the time

The start was okay with just random stuff cheap. But every time an order confirmation comes for something nice and worth my monthly subscription it always gets cancelled. Also all of my items in my cart is being deleted.

I would not sign up for this company. You don’t get quality items. I was supposed to receive between 8 to 22 items and each month I have received less than 8 then they promise you 10.00 per month each month and they started charging the full 64 per month. A lot of broken promises. I was supposed to receive a pajama set and they sent me a piece of fabric. A bunch of Christmas lights after Christmas it’s literally a bad company its honestly not worth 54 per month

Originally I loved Daily Box Club. But there have been multiple account issues and I have not received a box in over a month and no one can tell me why. So disappointed.

They don’t send items like they’re suppose to. They charge you a monthly fee and don’t send items.

Great concept, but the things I have gotten have been junk! Wrapping paper, dog feet socks, gender reveal plates, no thank you! To pay 64.00 a month for this stuff is not worth it. So I will keep my money and pass on the nonsense! I tried to suggest and make it known of the nonsense gifts but customer service did nothing to make it good on the gifts. So thanks for nothing!

I paid for the month On December 2 and then they canceled my account and will not get back with me. Erased all my information from the account too!

I’ve cancelled before. Haven’t gotten the last order even and was just charged for a new month. I need a refund. I will be disputing with the bank as well.

A friend said how great this was and I should sign up, so I did. The account says I've gotten 4 boxes when I haven't even received 1. First box and second they canceled and the 3rd I canceled because I don't even own a cat. I'm going to finish out the month but something good better happen or I'm out...

I haven’t gotten 6 of the 22 boxes that have been sent out. You are supposed to get a minimum of 10 boxes per month so by now I should have had at least 30 boxes but I have gotten 16. I love the things I have received but right now I am debating keeping my subscription active because I am not even getting communication from customer service. It is extremely frustrating!!
