“When I first started the program, I was getting items daily. After a few weeks it started slowing up. I wasn't getting anything. I would get random packages every now and then. Now since December 30th, I haven't received anything. 😕”
“What is being shown in the advertisement is not what I'm getting . I'm thinking of canceling this .not very excited like I was when I joined . First it said 39 dollars per month then I find out its actually 54 for First month And then 64 after that .now I can't link my Amazon account to daily box 😫”
“This is not what I thought I would be. I was expecting to get Amazon deliveries at least twice a week, but it seems like it’s only twice a month. I’ve had to contact customer service multiple time to find out why I’m not receiving any orders.”
“Have not been receiving boxes as much as advertised also not receiving any products as advertised. First month was so so but second month barely anything. Very disappointing.”
“The concept of Daily Box Club is great but not receiving items as advertised is not great. The response and assistance from customer service have been exceptionally well but it is almost for nothing when I am still not receiving items. I am in the service industry so I will not fault everyone for this but it sure can be better service.”

“I dislike the fact that when I go to put something in my cart for a later date... it is removed because I am a daily box club member. I have had issues adding to my cart due to this membership. I have given it ample thought to cancel subscription with these issues.”
“My dashboard says I received many more items than I actually did. I was told I would get an extra two weeks, because of the all of the missing items ---however I did not.

“Exciting to get regular surprises with the assortment of deliveries. However, there are gaps in these deliveries that can be over three weeks and you need to reach out to see what the problem is. (happened to me 2x already) in six months but you are not credited the amount of time you have not received anything. Will give them one more chance to be a "somewhat" DAILY box club.”
“After being subscribed for about 4 months, it is not worth it. I would say about 50% of the items I received are from categories I did not select. Most of the items sent to me are for children..I don't have children. I have also been charged 3 separate times for purchases they made. The only recourse they have is to tell you to take your personal time to return it.
I give 2 stars because you do receive a good amount of boxes and their customer service is responsive.”
