Keeps disconnecting my account

When you sign up they ask for preferences and sizes, but they don't seem to use them. I did not sign up for baby or kids stuff but they send me stuff for little kids and I don't have any. They sent me clothing articles in small even though I listed large on the preferences. A number of the items never shipped, but show up in my daily box account. They said they sent me a $300 breast pump, just what every 54 year old needs, but they didn't send it, but they did add the $300 to how much they claim to have sent me. This has happened several times. I also get accessories for products I don't own. They sent me toothbrush heads for an electric toothbrush I don't have. An Apple Watch band when I don't have an Apple Watch. I've had a few good items, but honestly most are not usable and are not as frequent as they claim.

I'm enjoying all my 📦! Some are perfect for my household and also some make gift giving a lot easier.

I should be able to get all the drops! My account has been charge for drops but my account wasn’t connected.. drop drop drop!!

Awesome and exciting program. Almost half of the orders get cancelled for one reason or another due to an issue on the sellers end...

A lot of products get cancelled by the seller and nothing comes quick even though I am a prime member

The service is interesting to say the least. 3-4 items I was suppose to receive were cancelled by Amazon. They inundate your Amazon cart with interesting items, valuable items, yet you receive something cheesy that cost $5-29. Still trying to decide whether I will continue my membership

The first few weeks after your initial subscription you will receive packages frequently, but the following month you will notice a decrease in the amount and also quality of item being sent. I am no longer a subscriber due to this.

In reality they send really bad things that would be cheaper if you got it yourself. Never received anything according to my interests. Also they take things out of your cart while you’re shopping for your home. It’s really annoying to see many thing in your save for later tab on Amazon. My experience may not be yours but my save for later is 400 items that I have to delete . They also never sent my last ten boxes. Honestly you’d be better buying your own things

It's ok. I haven't received as many boxes as advertised each month. I've received some items that really wasn't in my preferences. But hopefully it'll get better. We'll see!

Ive only received 21 packages and I’ve been a member since April. My amazon account will not link to this account anymore so the packages has stopped yet they are sure to get they monthly payment. When my amazon was linked it was super hard to order anything on Amazon because every-time i tried there was random products in the cart and when i add what i need random things where being added as well. They ask for your preference on sizes and you get the opposite. I’m a small i only receive 1x and up

Would be a great idea if it was not 7 pairs of shoe laces and rolls of burlap. But honestly it would be better if it was possible to actually log in to account and stop your company from billing gwhen I have not recoeved anything and you keep billing.

Too many tech issues. Problems with vendors. Some send messages about having made a mistake and or they won’t even send the product.

Started off well, but I have to continually sign back into Amazon, which causes delays in your boxes, I only got a few last month due to that issue and I keep getting things outside of my preferences.
