I'm not really happy about being charged and not getting any package, because my account has been UNPAIRED. When did it become unpaired, how long has it been, I don't know because we don't get notified. You just wonder one day when you haven't received anything in a while, and you go take a look. So I will be deleting my account.

Tried to cancel this as it wasnt products i wanted...i have had to get the credit card company involved. Such a hassle. No products after 3 in March..kept cancelling what they ordered...

Only reason you get 1 is theirs no negative stats the only things that actually came was the crap nothing good they said they was going send never came never even showed in my Amazon shipping

Says I received 13 items. VERY MISLEADING, truly only actually got was 5 items. False false false advertisements Going viral with facts about the daily unboxing club

My experience so far has not been positive. I joined and received one box with a phone case for an android phone I can’t use. Haven’t received anything else. Checking the website since it’s been a month since I received anything to find out what may be sent is again inappropriate for me. Wondering why I signed up with your company

I was told that you would receive 10 boxes at LEAST every month if not more. I had only received 3 so I reached out for help with tech. They extended my time 2 weeks so it wouldn’t renew yet, but in that time frame I only received one more order. I got another email saying that I had something on the way from daily box club (just ordered today) and when I checked my account nothing was showing. I come to my daily box club account to see they “ordered” two things that don’t exist in my Amazon account. So for the $64 membership I got 4 items that don’t even add up to the membership cost. I was so disappointed because my first month experience with them was pretty great, although there was a similar experience with the amount of packages sent out in the beginning. I don’t know what glitch or error was going on or if there could have been more done but I am not happy with this experience.

Ever since I joined the club I haven’t gotten boxes like advertised. I was told minimum 10 boxes per month I’ve only gotten 2-3 boxes per month items for babies or items not worth buying. So far for march I’ve gotten 2 boxes with ok items but not like what they advertise.

If there was a way to leave 0 stars I would have. I honestly believe this is a scam. I have only received 2 items in total and I have been signed up since December 2023. Customer service keeps giving me the run around and has yet to refund my money.

I was not reciprocated. For 2 months, partial for February also no orders for March. Also each month I don’t receive all that I am listed as receiving. I don’t have $64 to give away. The pajamas and the earbuds are down as to me receiving, NOT TRUE. Was not sent to me. You need to screen your workers.

Well since I only received 4 boxes and I was promised I would get the other boxes because of your system messing up. I would not be willing to rate it high especially since after I was promised a correction and to get the boxes I was due and now I’ve been ghosted

1st of all I just keep getting the run around on why I'm not receiving packages. 2nd I have been going through this for 2 months!! What few I have received are cheap and nothing of the areas of interest to me, thought that was why they asked...

I’ve been trying to get an answer to my question for over 2 hours now and I keep getting the run around and questions asked of me but with no answer to my question. It should not take 2 hours to answer a question and I shouldn’t have to wait over 45 minutes for one response.

I received a few boxes. Nothing exciting and nothing i really wanted or needed. Then the boxes quit coming in. One box in 3 weeks. I'm canceling

I am not happy at all , not worth it , Ive recieved only two itmes this past month literly a bird bath heater and a basket filled with shampoo and condition lotion, i literly dont think that has the woth of what i pay monthly to reicieve the surprise boxes, im very disapointed i will be cancelling and calling my back to get my money back from this month.

I have had the worst experience ever with daily box club. I'm being charged and not receiving boxes. They say they'll fix and they don't fix anything.
