“I am receiving boxes that was not in my personalization. I do not have pets or young children and I have received boxes pertaining as such. Any of the good boxes were canceled for whatever reason”
“I have received items that are not part of my profile selection. Several items that were ordered got canceled for some reason. I sent email to customer service regarding the cancellation with no response. Some items were of great value but the majority of the items were not in the areas of the selection.”
“I was excited at first. Then I got maybe 3 shipments in 40 days, a 2 pack of petite tank tops twice, one i was charged for and a wind chime. It was not worth 20 bucks let alone 60 so I was very dissatisfied. After cancelation, I still got billed and had to cancel again and wait 5-10 days for their error.”

“It's great after you are signed in to this dog and pony show. It's hard getting set up this is my second time. And I don't know why they cut me off the first time. I wish I didn't have to go through this again. I've done everything and they take my money then they tell me to prove who I am. How about you put my money back untill I can figure out this very bad program. There than all that if you can get in it's great.”

“It's called daily box club yet that is so not correct! I have only received 4 items so far from the last time I paid on the first of March again and have yet to get anything. If there is nothing received in the next few day I will be demanding a full refund and contacting the BBB because you say a package daily by the name alone! “While the customer service individuals are really great, I am not sure the algorithms work as stated. It took over 4 months to get the minimum 10 boxes. (Was promised 10-20 boxes PER month!) Since then, only three other boxes have come. All the "expensive" orders have been canceled by Amazon or the seller. A few boxes have conveniently become "lost in the mail". It's been six months now and I've not even received the 20 boxes for the one month......”
“I’m with daily box club since about sometime in November and technically this is still my second month because I have not received all of my 34 boxes for my second month and on top that I get a notification from my bank account where I was just billed today. yeah, somebody need to refund me my money. Because I’m counseling my subscription I’m done.”
