“You get excited for nothing they send u messages oh we picked this for you..next thing u know amazon cancels the order so u never get it but yet daily box still counts it towards ur minimum box number which is totally unfair they tell that u can cancel items you don’t want but once again daily box still counts it as a box received they make it seem a lot better then it is that’s for sure”
“I’ve recived 1 item since September 14th… the staff continues to tell me to do this do that to my account which I continue to do and nothing changes. I was looking forward to every day being Christmas but like I said, I’ve received one item and it’s a daily job contacting the company, asking why I’m still continuing not to receive anything.”
“This is the best box club I have been lucky enough to join, you receive a surprises at least once a week and if you have any problems the tech support is always at hand to help with any issues you may have.”
“Everything was good at first I was loving daily box,but last month I didn’t receive what the said I would in boxes I only receive 2 things, on person witch is a guy,he said he would give me Oct free and I pay in November but then the lady told me to my renewal is now and I pay in November,either their not communicating with each other or I was lied to about the free month…I sent a message today and was told I will have it back up and still nothing at this point I give up”
“Huge gap between boxes, most aren't worth it. I do like the mystery of the boxes. Preference you select don't matter. I'll give it another month to see if it improves.”

“I have nor been happy with the products that are sent to me. Most of the time I don't even receive a box a week. I saw the Box Club commercial and really thought this would be a great way to give back to my coworkers and to some of my students. However, I haven't received any ideal gift to give. These boxes are not what I expected 😒. I gave one star because I have received at least 10 boxes but only liked 3 of those boxes”

“I thought I would give it a try but I was so disappointed. Started it in May it is now October. May was great received quite a few boxes, but then after that it went downhill. Daily Box credited my account 4 months out of 6 because I was only receiving 1 or 2 boxes or none. Every time I went into my Amazon to order, if I didn't place order immediately it would drop out of my cart. AND Daily box would show that I received items but if the vendor canceled, I never received. Customer Service 5 star the company 0 star”
