“I have mixed feelings because I get some good things but then again I have cancel a lot of things that are not useful to me that I don’t even have checked in my list to even bother sending me. Like for an example a tattoo gun and needles or a fish pole bag, also I’ve gotten one item which I couldn’t cancel the same day it was ordered for the month of January and I haven’t had anything since. But when I do get good items they’re pretty cool such as a throw electric blanket and solar garden lights and a RC remote control car.”
“I love getting boxes. It has come in handy during gift-giving holidays and celebrations. I only wish they paid attention to my preferences, like not having a pet, so not needing pet supplies. Other than that, I have no complaints and have recommended to friends.”
“I’m having faith that the company will do what the customer service agents that is the help chat said they will do.Reimburse for the number of boxes not sent and that the dashboard doesn’t always reflect what is actually sent.”
“I love Daily Box! But I don't like how I don't receive some packages. It'll say I'm gonna receive something but then it gets cancelled or I never get it at all. Why is that happening??”
“I like the surprises but you send me stuff I don’t need. I do not have pets or small children but I always get dog & cat items. I get games & toys for children but my youngest child is 20.”
“While still having technical issues I was assured my card would not be charged and yet it has been? So disappointed in the company. While most of the customers service representatives have been fantastic, you all dropped the ball with a few ones that clearly don’t care!! Haven’t been receiving any items in spite being queued up in cart and even indicating items would be sent with nothing happening or even getting notice that items are delayed. While a few item do get sent and Received!!”
“I love the daily box club. I do get a lot of stuff I have no idea what it is or don’t have use for it. However, when I do get something good I’m so excited and can’t wait for it to get to me.”
“When I first started the program, I was getting items daily. After a few weeks it started slowing up. I wasn't getting anything. I would get random packages every now and then. Now since December 30th, I haven't received anything. 😕”
“I have been happy with the variety of items I have received so far. Of course the things I was looking forward to the most did not actually show up as promised. I could really use a cordless vacuum and a humidifier but they never came even though Dailybox said they would. That is why I only gave them 4 stars. If it happens again I will take away another star.”
“If you had asked me to give this review the first month that I was a member, I would have given you a 5-star review. Since then, however, I've been completely disappointed. One day, I was doing some Amazon shopping. Clearly, someone from the Daily Box club was also shopping. I was adding items to my cart and continuing to shop. When I came back to check out, all my items were gone and other items were there that I had not put in my cart. I quit shopping and decided to try again the next day. I was again unsuccessful and very frustrated. I opened a new Amazon account and linked that account with the Daily Box Club. Since then, I have not received another item. My money was refunded for one month that I didn't receive any product. I'm waiting to see if another month will be refunded. I really enjoyed receiving the products when I was getting them. I'm hoping I begin receiving them again soon.”
