“I have been apart of unboxing since november. It stated on several videos that you recive 10 pluse items amonth. That is not true you dont even get 10 it is more like 5. All items cancel and dont show on your amazon. The items that they do send are very very cheap. I am hoping it will change i said i would give it 6 months.”
“My experience in the few short months that I have been a member has not been very exciting. Too many times there were items that were ordered then taken away because there weren’t enough to go around. Sometimes I hardly received any packages at all. I was actually charged for a couple items before. I have not been a happy customer. At this point I would not recommend this to anyone that I care about:”
“To be completely honest, I rated a three out of five, because I was a little unsure of the process once my funds had been received. Once I paid and connected my Amazon account all I’ve seen for the past six hours is your box is being processed. I’ve reached out to customer service so it’s a minimum wait of 30 minutes. Let’s see how that goes and how much information I get about this daily box program/club and then I can possibly change my review and the stars that I give. so it’s clear I’m not saying it’s good or bad yet just a little confused with the starting process”
“My account indicates that in the 2 months I have been a memer I have received 9 boxes. I have received 7. In 2 months, small things at that. Absolutely disappointing.”
“So far it has honestly been a hassle... giving it one more month... if the 11 items it says I've gotten only 6 actually came... others were canceled... alot of account issues getting it to work properly. I will say the reason I even gave it 3 stars at this point is bc of the customer service. Their chat feature is nice and the ppl are helpful and friendly.

“I have been in the club for four months now and $64 has been pulled from my account monthly and half the things that were supposedly sent to me has been canceled and then for the whole month of January I have received nothing $64 is a lot when you don’t receive what you’re stating that you’re going to get”
