“This is a great idea that us poorly executed. You will NOT get high end items.. YOU will NOT get many items. I received 4 for the entire month and the total value of items could be purchased at 5below for $12 total. I was charged $65 NOT the $39 they advertise.
They take over your Amazon account, delete your items.. Try to send you worthless or highly inappropriate items (expired food or tattoo needles)”
“Not worth the money. 1st month got 2 boxes. 2nd month got 6 and 8 the 3rd month. It renews before I can get in to cancel. Every time I contact customer service they say they will adjust if I didn't get the minimum boxes but haven't seen it yet. Set an alarm on my phone do I cancel before next charge. The nice items always cancel so mine shows total 20 boxes sent in 3 months but due to cancelled items that us not right.”
“I've been a part of the day with the box club for about 6 months. How did that 6 months? They take my payment out. However, I've only seen 2 boxes which have not been worth anything. They took out of my account”
“The total value of merchandise I have received does not even remotely come close to what I have paid. I went several months where I didn’t receive anything at all and thought my subscription had expired. Them I found my bank account was still being charged for all of those months, I just wasn’t receiving anything. Very disappointed.”
“Haven’t been paid for a subscription monthly for months and have never received a package. This website has no way that you can go in and cancel your accounts and no other information.”
“I have been with Daily Box club for over 3 months and I haven't received any merchandise, yet they continue to draft my account each month. No checks and balances in their process. No follow-up or follow-through. I can't get the draft to stop nor can I get the merchandise mailed out. No answer from the online chat bot or any human.”
“Products I received were not even any thing I selected for interests. Clothing sizes were completely off, I selected xl, and was sent small. I received things such as pacifier clips, I’m 50, my child is 17… why would I need this? A little boys coat… again I don’t have small children. Out of 30 packages I was able to use like 4. No point in asking someone their interests or likes if you’re going to completely ignore them, and send random unusable items.”
“The daily box club started off really well. I can see ahead of time what was being sent to me and most of the time it was great! I love a good surprise and that’s what I felt like I was getting until October hit and then items never showed up on my Amazon orders list and the ones that were there never showed up to my porch. When I logged into my account to check what was going on to see if I missed a message about anything, I saw even more items that were not delivered to me. That said they were… I’m extremely unhappy here it is November I have not gotten anything nor have I seen anything on my Amazon orders that will be sent to me… More than likely if they do not get this cleared up, I will be canceling my membership for December.”
“I'm three months I only received about 15 items none of which went off my preferences or anything I could use. Although my account says a monetary amount of over $600 the items it's showing most of them never came and the ones that did were for babies i dont have any nor know anyone with babies. Put out on sidewalk free items waste of time and money. I gave it 3 months just to see but nope not worth it garbage.”
“Was very disappointed in the product that you sent out had a few problems with the daily box. Yes you gave me a month free but only sent me four pair earrings which was the same earrings and two different colors for the whole month October through November 7.”
