“Daily box is okay for the most part because you get 10 surprise gifts a month. I just don’t like that every gift comes showing what it is when it’s left out on your doorstep. I also give it a 3 because most of the gifts I have received had me looking at it like why would I get this. Then I just wanna send back it back because I have no use for it.”
“At first I thought it was a waste of money but I started getting some good useful items. Then boom…they stop coming. This is the second time I have to verify my account even though they waste no time taking the money out my account.”
“My Amazon account always needs to be reverified so that delays my deliveries. In the past two months I only have received 8 packages. I think this is done on purpose so they don’t have to send the boxes. Giving it one more month, but very unsatisfied.”

“Pretty good deal for the things that actually do go through and get sent to you. With all the cancellations of orders for many reasons you don’t get what your expecting to get each month but I have had a use for the most of the items and they are your standard quality not cheaply made as I had actually expected.”

“Love getting the gifts, downside is the sizes are usually wrong and I don't always receive the items 😕. The app doesn't adjust for the items you cancel or the pay. It says I have received over 600$ in gifts which is inaccurate. I receive about half of what you say I'm getting. I have used most items as gifts, just would like something for my husband and me.”
“They start out sending something nice, but don't expect that to continue. They do not send things that reflect the survey. I am a 60 year old woman and they send lots of kid/baby related items. Then it just turns into cheap useless stuff”
“I like receiving random items on a continued basis. This allows me to get items for my household and bless other people with items that I dont want or need but are a good fit for them. The price is reasonable and with free delivery through amazon prime it is a plus.
It is also important to make available and use the items that have already been produced. It is good for the environment.”
“I am extremely unhappy with my membership. I paid for 3 months. It is promised to receive at least 10 items each month. There were several items that were cancelled by Amazon. These items were never replaced by Daily Box Club. I am still owed at least 8 boxes. I have gotten no response from them after 2 emails were sent. The items I did receive were not as I expected either. One was a breast pump. This is a random item to just send anyone. All the clothing was incorrect sizes. Horrible experience!”
“At this point I think it's a scam. They don't seem to have the ability to be able to serve all their customers. They still charge them after not delivering any item. They delivered items the first 2 months and after that they stop completely. They offer 1 or 2 weeks of service which is useless if they don't plan to delivery anytime soon. Ironically they show their influx of items and you can see that a few items aren't enough to serve all their customers.”
“Started out great....Thw for at 2 months were packed with fun random boxes... From June till current it has been nothing but issues. 2 boxes each month, issues with connecting my Amazon account, Referals being deleted. Issue after issue without resolution. Was told they were working on it. In teying to hold out as its fun to teceive random boxes of whatever.... I wont poo-poo it quite yet!!!”
“I do feel the value is there but i find it odd that larger items always get cancelled by amazon but stillshow in my box quantity and value. This needs fixed. I also get tired of them not following size guidelines and messing up my amazon cart. Sometimes i am trying to shop amazon and i put something in the cart and it gets deleted before i get it all in and ordered. Forcing me to buy now each item.”
“A lot of the products show in my cart/orders but are never received. I’ve been a member for about 3 or 4 months now and am a bit disappointed in what is actually Received. In addition, I’m supposed to receive at least 10 boxes per month and up to 20 boxes a month as a prime member. But that has not been the case.”
