“I have nor been happy with the products that are sent to me. Most of the time I don't even receive a box a week. I saw the Box Club commercial and really thought this would be a great way to give back to my coworkers and to some of my students. However, I haven't received any ideal gift to give. These boxes are not what I expected 😒. I gave one star because I have received at least 10 boxes but only liked 3 of those boxes”
“I thought I would give it a try but I was so disappointed. Started it in May it is now October. May was great received quite a few boxes, but then after that it went downhill. Daily Box credited my account 4 months out of 6 because I was only receiving 1 or 2 boxes or none. Every time I went into my Amazon to order, if I didn't place order immediately it would drop out of my cart. AND Daily box would show that I received items but if the vendor canceled, I never received. Customer Service 5 star the company 0 star”
“Trash! I have been a member for three months and not one of those months have these boxes been consistent? I received an email stating that I’m going to receive some thing then it never comes and then I never even get a replacement for it.”
“Preferences aren’t honored, sizes aren’t honored; they just send any size clothes which is a waste because sending a bathing suit in the fall size small when my sizes are indicated is just crazy. Also sending pet gifts when pet items were excluded in preferences. I don’t get a lot of boxes. Strongly thinking of canceling.”
“I have not been receiving the minimum amount per month and to top it all off they put things on my account that I supposedly received that I never received. Just ridiculous!”
“I don’t receive 10 items a month. Things that are on my sent list have been cancelled but they still show as if I got them. I have to chat with a customer service person every month just for them to postpone my next payment so they can have time to barely get to 10 boxes. Too much work for me.”
“I have not received the amount of products that were advertised. There are items showing that they should be delivered and give a date. Yet they did not arrive, so not show in my Amazon. Only on y’all’s app and in your box count. Even though they were never sent.”
“I did not receive six of the last seven items that appear on my account and that I received emails for stating that I would receive them. I sent emails with screenshots to your support email and I never received a reply. This is the second time that this is happened, and that I have sent emails with no resolution, so for this past month I spent $50 and received a tongue scraper. If I have received the other six items or if you had responded to my email, I wouldn’t be canceling. Below are the start items that I never received and never appeared in my Amazon account. Also the same photos that were attached in my emails.”
“Continued to get server errors when connecting my amazon account its been 4 months and no resolve. Would like to atleast get this months 60 something bucks back im sure the other months of waiting is a loss.”

“I have not had the best experience. I wasn’t getting anything for months. The. My account was unlinked and the system would keep showing an error when I would try to reconnect. Over all I haven’t been successful with this subscription.”
“I would give more stars but they don't give you anything based on your preference selection. I selected what I'm interested in, I selected my sizes of shoes and clothes (male sizes) and everything I get is for females whatever size they pick not cool. I complained to tech support and got a couple weeks extra free to see if I would like it and still got more female clothes and items that I would never use. I don't mind giving some of the stuff I get away to friends but I'd like to at least keep something if I'm paying $60 a month for a box club I would like to benefit from some of the stuff I receive but I don't. They need to get their algorithm and check.”
