“I love Daily box club!! I literally get amazing things I can use or gift to others. Only thing is having to constantly log back in for them. Otherwise I would have gave five stars”
“I do feel the value is there but i find it odd that larger items always get cancelled by amazon but stillshow in my box quantity and value. This needs fixed. I also get tired of them not following size guidelines and messing up my amazon cart. Sometimes i am trying to shop amazon and i put something in the cart and it gets deleted before i get it all in and ordered. Forcing me to buy now each item.”
“I love that we get packages and can track the worth. However,I don't like when it shows items that are delivered but never have we received them.and it is usually higher dollar items.”
“This is a decent subscription service. They do say you get a minimum of 10 items a month, however, there have been months when I haven’t received at least 10. I have contacted them and they made an effort to correct the situation, but some of the items they chose for me were cancelled by the seller.”
“I haven’t received all of the items that say they’ve been ordered and I’ve had some trouble with connecting my Amazon account but the customer service has been fantastic!”
“Love receiving gifts every few days. Most have been something that I can use for myself or around the house. There are a few that have been given away to family and friends. The only negative thing is the way the orders mess with my Amazon basket. It’s a struggle to try to keep items in the basket that you are trying to purchase. Items disappear and you have to keep adding the items back and check out quickly.”
“I enjoy Daily Box random gifts every month. I will say it is great to get items the mail that you can use and the ones you can’t you give away as gifts. The only tiny thing I don’t like is that the program sort of falls off of what you like at times and my Amazon account is messing up.”

“I really like getting mystery boxes but I have had trouble getting my boxes 2 months ago I had alot of boxes I never received do to running out of product and last month I only got a box ever 7 or 8 days and that was because I messaged customer service. Now customer service is amazing and easy to get ahold of.”
“Overall great. I’ve had a few issues where I wasn’t getting packages but it was fixed right away. Another was the whole site glitched and agin fixed as soon as they could. The things they send have been things I’ve thought about grabbing or keep forgetting to grab when in a store like ice cube trays 😅”
“Over all the service is good. Sometimes I get things that are very useful and other times I get things that off the wall. I enjoy the element of surprise.”
“There's been times I get email with something that's really nice and I never received it. I be looking forward to it but the sender never sends it and then the amount of what it is is put on the dollar amount that I have received it should not be I never got it”
