“The concept of Daily Box Club is great but not receiving items as advertised is not great. The response and assistance from customer service have been exceptionally well but it is almost for nothing when I am still not receiving items. I am in the service industry so I will not fault everyone for this but it sure can be better service.”

“Daily box has been very fun inspite of not always getting the packages you we're supposed to get the custom service always responsive and compensating the stuff you get can be anything from knife set vacuum to a phone cover and food you get to choose the categories you are interested in and usually that's what they send. I'm very pleased with daily box.”
