“I haven’t received half of the boxes that my profile says I have, so why have it in my profile? Also, it gives you options to choose your preferences so why are you sending me everything else but?”
“Items are random but so far all useful for either selling or keeping. I can usually sell enough to pay for the subscription then keep some good items too.”
“Honestly, I have had a few hiccups so far. I have received baby swaddler blankets and a pet pad for the food and water bowls. I'm using the pad right now. Everyone has been so nice trying to resolve the issues I have had. I appreciate it. I'm looking forward to the next box.”
“Although this is a perfect subscription, I will continue with it no matter what. Some of the items sent didn't make sense based on the way the questions were answered to see what I was interested in. The other negative is you will have an item in your dashboard that was canceled by either Amazon/The company but will not be removed from your dashboard making it appear that you received more than you have. You also have no one to call to find out why an order was cancelled and the chat for the most part is not always available”
“It's great after you are signed in to this dog and pony show. It's hard getting set up this is my second time. And I don't know why they cut me off the first time. I wish I didn't have to go through this again. I've done everything and they take my money then they tell me to prove who I am. How about you put my money back untill I can figure out this very bad program. There than all that if you can get in it's great.”

“While it is fun to receive surprises, the majority of items I get are things with little or no use to me. The ones that are useful and of higher quality ALWAYS get cancelled on me.
I have received a few things that were useful, but again, they are the low ticket items that make me wonder if this is really worth what I pay for it. If items are continuously ’not available’ because they are higher quality, it seems a little suspicious. The adds on TikTok make it look like you get some amazing things, but far from it. I will try it for one last month and then cancel if it keeps working like this. I just received a bookshelf that looked great. Came in pieces with no directions at all and a ton of hardware required to assemble.
M account shows a large quantity of items supposedly sent to me, with the amount in $$, but it’s totally inaccurate because most are canceled. I just had 3 things in a row canceled, but have received duplicates of others at times.

“Having trouble reverting my Amazon account and they aren’t being too helpful. I will cancel if not resolved. Before this I had a long dry spell where nothing was rec’d, but all of a sudden it started working again…”
“The customer service is a 5 star always. The anticipation of getting something and it is canceled by sender at the last minute is disappointing. But mostly you get amazing things. I would recommend DailyBoxClub to everyone.”
