“There have been several items that I did not receive even though it said I had received them and then a couple of the larger priced items that ended up getting canceled.”

Items. But still having problems with this I'm going to cancel my membership Just because of this matter. I don't want too. See I live in the country and I know this shouldn't be the problem but it has to be the problem I keep not getting every thing in one month. I reverse about 5 items or less than that a month.”

“I do love this idea of getting suprise gifts. But I have had issues with actually receiving them. Most items go into my cart and say they are arriving on a day and then they dissappear and don't ship to me, but it shows on my daily box account that I did receive that item. This makes it look like I'm receiving thousands of dollar worth of stuff when in reality I'm not.”
