“When I first joined, I was excited with the things I was getting but quickly realize that 1 I was donating more than I was keeping and 2 there were lots of things I received notifications for but then they were cancelled as unavailable. Overall, I will probably cancel in a couple of weeks.”

See I live in the country and I know this shouldn't be the problem but it has to be the problem I keep not getting every thing in one month. I reverse about 5 items or less than that a month.”

“I do love this idea of getting suprise gifts. But I have had issues with actually receiving them. Most items go into my cart and say they are arriving on a day and then they dissappear and don't ship to me, but it shows on my daily box account that I did receive that item. This makes it look like I'm receiving thousands of dollar worth of stuff when in reality I'm not.”
