“In May 2023 I enrolled in this subscription for monthly free products. I have never received an item from this company until this month. I got two items only. As I look at the list of items I’m supposed to have received should be a total of 5. Now I know i personally did not want the dress What happened to the cordless vac and the teeth whitening tubes???? It states that I was delivered?? I’ve never gotten any notification for those two items. I received the flashlight and usb outlet last week. I want to know will I be refunded for the last three months. Because you got paid ??? In returned I received Nothing!

“I did not receive items everyday. Also I received items that were not related to my interest. Like Pet supplies when I don't have a pet and I never checked pet items. Lots of children's toys when I never indicated I was interested in children's items or toys. I have none. Also they're always some things that would show up in my cart and then be put into save her later that I never got that I would have liked I never got any really big ticket items. They were few and far between”
“I’ve been getting items that I did not check off my preference list and I have not been getting 10 packages a month like daily box club said. When I noticed the problem my first month of service, I reached out and Jordan responded to me and was not helpful. He promised me a free month if the problem continued but I never received the offer.”
“I haven’t received a package since Daily Box Club since May. The customer support agents need more training and follow ups on high flight customers because all they do is feed you lies that they are looking into your account and giving you free WORTHLESS months with no packages. Oh they said it was fine to tell you all about my review as long as I let them know they offered me free months for June and July. Great I let you all know, now guess how many packages I received? Zero. Also guess what scam of a company was ready to take my money out for August when I haven’t received anything since MAY? Oh you guessed it the scam of Daily Box Club.”
“My Amazon account always needs to be reverified so that delays my deliveries. In the past two months I only have received 8 packages. I think this is done on purpose so they don’t have to send the boxes. Giving it one more month, but very unsatisfied.”
“I 1st reached out in March about my account and didn't get any response till early July. At that point I had cancelled my account, I had lost enough money already and never received a thing.”
“They start out sending something nice, but don't expect that to continue. They do not send things that reflect the survey. I am a 60 year old woman and they send lots of kid/baby related items. Then it just turns into cheap useless stuff”
“I am extremely unhappy with my membership. I paid for 3 months. It is promised to receive at least 10 items each month. There were several items that were cancelled by Amazon. These items were never replaced by Daily Box Club. I am still owed at least 8 boxes. I have gotten no response from them after 2 emails were sent. The items I did receive were not as I expected either. One was a breast pump. This is a random item to just send anyone. All the clothing was incorrect sizes. Horrible experience!”
“At this point I think it's a scam. They don't seem to have the ability to be able to serve all their customers. They still charge them after not delivering any item. They delivered items the first 2 months and after that they stop completely. They offer 1 or 2 weeks of service which is useless if they don't plan to delivery anytime soon. Ironically they show their influx of items and you can see that a few items aren't enough to serve all their customers.”
“Started out great....Thw for at 2 months were packed with fun random boxes... From June till current it has been nothing but issues. 2 boxes each month, issues with connecting my Amazon account, Referals being deleted. Issue after issue without resolution. Was told they were working on it. In teying to hold out as its fun to teceive random boxes of whatever.... I wont poo-poo it quite yet!!!”
“I was paying for three months and NEVER received ANYTHING ! I have been writing to the customer support, emailing and chatting and all I got was a refund for one of my three payments ! Very disappointed”
“I have never received a box. I remember signing up for the service but i could not figure out how to link my amazon account to the dailybox wccount and i have been being charged for months with no box! I thought it was another subscription i had so unfortunately i didnt catch it til i was 100s in the hole! Praying for a refund considering i have not recieved 1 box!”
