“It is constantly disconnecting my account from the DailyBox Club account. I am not able to shop on Amazon for my own items when I need something without my cart being emptied automatically. It’s a bigger hassle than it should be”
“I would give more stars but they don't give you anything based on your preference selection. I selected what I'm interested in, I selected my sizes of shoes and clothes (male sizes) and everything I get is for females whatever size they pick not cool. I complained to tech support and got a couple weeks extra free to see if I would like it and still got more female clothes and items that I would never use. I don't mind giving some of the stuff I get away to friends but I'd like to at least keep something if I'm paying $60 a month for a box club I would like to benefit from some of the stuff I receive but I don't. They need to get their algorithm and check.”
“I wish that I were getting boxes as promised. In August 3 orders were cancelled and for some reason after the 16th, no other packages came. In addition, I'm constantly having to reconnect my account.”
“Items on my daily fox club said that they ordered it but never received the item and item would show up in my orders and then disappear so I would never get it.”
“The customer service reps have been very helpful. There’s only been a few incidents where I’ve had to chat. But they’ve been been very effective and helpful”
“I was invited by a friend to try daily box. I was a little skeptical at first but after I started receiving mu boxes I was very excited to see what would be coming in next. I definitely recommend giving them a try. You'll be glad you did.”
“I like it but I haven't gotten anything real cool yet or that I could actually use. I have yet to get the amount of boxes but when I have texted them they have been phenomenal with giving me extra weeks or crediting me because of the lack of boxes.”

“At first I was unsure due to not getting any orders. But after connecting someone about the problem it was worked out and items started coming. During the 2nd month I was happy with the things sent to me.”
“Not consistent with boxes (receive a box every 2 weeks or more compared to weekly/daily), the categories selected for the boxes (I received a lot of pet items and I’m allergic to animals), or delivery of the boxes (a good amount of boxes scheduled to be sent to me have been canceled).”
“It’s pretty cool. It does say it sends me some things but they never show up. It will say error. So it looks like it sends me way more than it actually does. But what it does send is pretty neat. I have received blankets, hats, shoes, toys, odd electronics like a microphone for an iPhone and a device to look for hidden cameras. Overall, it IS worth the monthly fee in terms of the value of what you get but some are things I don’t or won’t really use. I pass them to family or can use them as gifts I guess.”
“I enjoy this service, but some of the stuff I get are repeats/not useful. For the most part, I love the things I’ve received. I wish you could trade in an order for something else if it doesn’t fit/you don’t like it.”
