“I rate daily box club one star so far due to a couple of different reasons
1.) I wish they had an app to where I can control more and see what’s going on.
2.) The why you have to communicate is very time consuming.
3.) I feel like I have been scammed!! I haven’t received any updates or anything since the money has been taken out of my account.”
“I joined in April, have only received 2 deliveries. Customer service chat feels like a bot or AI because it's just the same responses in about 10 different conversations. This seemed like such an awesome idea.”
“I have not received ANYTHING since I signed up! I keep getting emails to link my Amazon account (which i have multiple times!) and still I have not received one item. I have paid for 5 months and not received anything. I cannot get a live person to talk to about this. HELP what do I do? Carol Brazeale”
“I was very excited about the daily box but i have been enrolled every since march it now about to be July and I have only gotten 15/18 boxes it say more but some didn’t go through I am thinking about giving it another try a lot of people talk good”
“It's a good service if I got items that were close to what I had in my cart. Items that are in my cart disappear so I have to look all over again for items I had plan to purchase. I get items and I have no need for them.. Today you tried to deliver iPhone fast chargers but I don't have an I phone.”
“From the advertisement I was suck in once I joined I been getting stuff I already purchased in my Amazon history. It says that i received 56 pieces but technically I only received maybe 35. Im on the fence about canceling 90% of the item they select never come but crazy stuff I never ask for come it’s almost like a scam I feel I gave it a chance but to keep getting chargers, cords, etc. I signed up for things I can actually use”
“I joined a few weeks ago and have had problems ever since. First my Amazon acct wasn't linking up. I finally figured that out and today I got something about my address isn't correct. I received a package from Amazon today for something I ordered and get my other packages without any problems so I'm not sure what's going on. I keep checking back because on reviews people are getting packages within 3 days. It's been a few weeks now and I've got nothing.”
