“Very good. Always a relief to have flowers show up on the day. I've dealt with other providers and Daily Blooms was fantastic. Highly appreciated the phone call to from the delivery driver.”

“I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers for a special someone. I enjoyed the service and quality of the flowers however I was quite disappointed that they messaged the receiver before they delivered the flowers when it was suppose to be a surprise being sent to the business.”

Hi Jasmine, Thanks so much for leaving this review, and providing such valuable feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our SMS system. We send out an SMS to all recipients ahead of the delivery to ensure that the address provided is correct and that they will be home at the time of delivery. This is to ensure smooth delivery for both our drivers and also our customers. We assure you that the SMS does not ruin the surprise as it doesn't give away what the recipient is receiving or from who. I hope this helps to clarify!

“Understanding it was a Valentine's Day and having high volume delivery. However, it has been late for over two hours after promised to be delivered within business hours. Also the flowers are already burned and dry, not in a shape at all. Very bad quality.”

We have flowers delivered each morning to us from local growers so we only use what is freshest and in season that day. It looks like they may not have travelled well on this warm day. “First time customer, did not know that the place wasn't a traditional storefront. Staff greeted me and assured me that they could help. I was promptly helped and selected a bouquet I liked. When the on-site etfpos failed I was told I could pay via invoice, very happy with that. Team member that helped me was friendly and genuine. Would definitely visit again and recommend.”

“I was so disappointed The bouquet didn’t look anything like the option that I chose The main flowers weren’t existent if I knew that’s what I was going to receive I would never have paid that money !!!!!”
