“Sent two bouquets to two different people in the one transaction. Was a seamless process. And the flowers arrived only an hour or so after ordering. Amazing. And the recipients were so grateful. You guys literally made two people's days!”

“The process of ordering was nice and easy, and the flowers bought for my friend were beautiful! However, the only negative was that the flowers were meant to be delivered by 6pm and my friend only received the flowers by 9pm at night, which is far too late for a flower delivery. The tracking info was therefore inaccurate and I had to apologise for the late delivery. The courier service used is not the best. Other than that, the flowers were fantastic.”

Hi Maria, We’re so sorry to hear that you had a disappointing delivery experience with us. While we aim to get every bouquet to the recipient as quickly as possible, on the very rare occasion, there may be unavoidable circumstances such as heavy traffic, road accidents or even a delivery driver vehicle issue which causes quite a delay to the original ETA. In this instance, we usually always contact the sender to let them know and to give them some alternative options. We apologise if for some reason, this did not happen with your order and will definitely look further into this. In the meantime, we are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the initial process, as well as the actual blooms! Please feel free to reach out to us if there is anything else we can do to help.

Hello Martin, Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. For transparency, the effects of the pandemic are being felt by growers now due to less produce being planted in lockdowns. Wholesale flower prices have unfortunately skyrocketed. We are committed to using as much local produce as possible so this is why you may have seen the size change. Hopefully, it's not forever.
