Delivery instructions were not followed. Gift was misplaced & later found delivered to the wrong area.

I ordered flowers for my home. The Sunday delivery was great and the flowers were even better. The size of the bouquet was quite large for the price and the flowers were fresh and not filled with too much greenery. Very happy with my purchase.

Booked days in advance for my mother’s 75 birthday, they delivered at 9pm and left delivery on the floor after she’d gone to bed. The delivery person decides to argue it via SMS which made poor experience worse. Waste of money. Won’t use this company again.

I was very happy with the selection, price and prompt delivery of my order however, my message was not included on the card.. my friends did not know who it was from which was disappointing. I checked my order details and the message was definately there.

Loved the constant messages that I was receiving in regards to the delivery status including the photo of where they were left and delivered! Also loved that the recipient received a text as well. Beautiful flowers! Awesome customer experience! Thank you.

The flowers are nice, but they arrived far later than the advertised times (9:30am to 6pm, but arrived at 8:20pm). Also, the card was completely missing... If I wasn't also at the same place, the recipient wouldn't have known who the flowers were from.

Stunning bouquet delivered for a close friend, from start to finish ordering the flowers was easy and the updates along the way to when the order was placed, flowers were on board for delivery and then delivered, was fantastic, being interstate - this made the process so easy and stress free, I will definitely be using this service again in the future! Very happy!
