“I placed an order worth $250+ to be delivered to my Mum in Melbourne as a Christmas present. More than half of the items ordered were not delivered and when I tried contacting the store numerous times there was no answer/response. The items that were received were beautiful, however very disappointed with the service provided.”

“I ordered the flowers from the UK to be delivered to my daughter in Kensington. A lovely selection of flowers to choose from and a straightforward ordering service. Thd flowers arrived on the requested date with e mails to inform me if their progress. My daughter is delighted with them. Beautiful flowers and plenty of them! Brilliant service, thank you.”
