“I have used various Online florists and always had great feedback about the flowers delivered to family and friends. Unfortunately this is not the case with what was delivered to my mum for her birthday. I would describe the the pictures she sent me as embarrassing, the height of a mobile phone. I would never have chosen the arrangement if I had of known that the arrangement was so small. I will not ever use Daily Blooms again nor recommend the company.”

Please note that we do have the dimensions on the product page you purchased from because we want people to know it's a petite arrangement, fit for someone's desk or side table. 'Measuring 11 x 5 x 15cm, this petite arrangement is the sweetest way to celebrate life's special moments. ' We also try to illustrate the size by photographing a hand holding the arrangement, for scale. We can always try to find other ways to show off its size, so we really appreciate your feedback and we will endeavor to make it even clearer in the future. “Our friend was having a really really hard time and we ordered Daily Blooms at 12pm and by 2.30pm her day had been instantly turned around because of the incredibly beautiful flowers, choc and tea delivered so quickly by daily blooms. Such good value for the price, incredibly quick service & the flowers have lasted so long and stood as a daily reminder of how loved our friend is. Will use this service again and again for gifts!!”

“Ordered flowers online for my mother’s (Diana) birthday was easy and the flower arrangement was beautiful. But what let your business down was the courier who just plonked the $90 bouquet on the ground, pressed the door bell and proceeded to walk off. This was meant to be a surprise delivery, he could’ve waited for her to answer the door and handed them over kindly rather then what he did. Also there was no message attached to the bouquet which I requested for, she had no idea who they were from! -Anita”

Hello Anita, Thank you so much for your feedback, we advise our drivers to be contactless as a covid safe measure. From what I can see in this video, our driver gently placed the flowers at the doorstep, rang the doorbell, knocked and then stood at a safe distance. We would consider this a covid safe contactless delivery. I am sorry for any disappointment this has caused, the message can be hard to find as it's folded inside the card for privacy reasons. “so the flowers were beautiful mum was so happy but as I asked the delivery driver to knock on the door before leaving them at my mum's front door which he did leave them at door he put on his tracking message that flowers were signed by my mother which was not true...I find delivery drivers do get to do and say whatever suits them these days which is very unsettling but daily blooms thank you”

Hi there, we are so pleased to hear that your Mum loved her blooms. Usually our drivers will only ever leave the flowers if it is safe to do so or if they have received specific instructions. We do have quite a strict procedure in regards to delivery so we will definitely check in with our drivers to see what may have happened on this occasion. “I ordered the Coco flowers. It had only 1 rose, limited amount of flowers compared to the picture so I didn’t find it was worth the $85.”

Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback. I am sorry for the disappointment caused. Please note that our Coco arrangement always features one premium rose as the product images show on our website. The other flowers next to the Rose are called Lisianthus and we also use either a Disbud Mum or Dahlias. The vase is valued at $39 plus the premium flowers brings our Coco arrangements to $70 each. We really appreciate your perspective and understand how hard it can be to buy fresh produce online so thankyou for your feedback. “Awesome service, delivered same day and it was a gorgeous bunch! Delivery driver called the recipient from the driveway to notify them and took photos of where the flowers were put. Will def use again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
