“Mixed up order which was an awkward experience for all involved, and while they apologized and wanted to fix it (which was the bare minimum but appreciated) they also then assumed what I wanted to do out of refund vs have the flowers & gift redelivered due to me not getting back quickly enough? I was emailed on a Saturday (outside of business hours) and away sick on a Monday. I don't know many (if any) businesses that would assume what a customer would want to do in a situation like this but unfortunately I was disappointed by this whole experience and will avoid using this service in future.”

“Found this lovely florist online from the U.K. wanted quick delivery to my daughter in Melbs and they certainly did not disappoint. “The flowers I ordered from daily blooms were absolutely gorgeous. My sister was taken away by the arrangement and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful her flowers were. The delivery was quick, as well. I ordered the flowers in the evening and they were delivered before lunch the next day. I am more than happy with my experience with daily blooms and I will definitely be purchasing from this store again.”
