When they arrived they were not as featured in the catalogue and so narrow I thought they must fit someone size 6/8 ! When I phoned and explained this to someone in the so called 'customer service' I was amazed at her rude and unhelpful reaction when I also told her that the wrong size label was probably applied in the factory, she said this was impossible.

Shocking customer service
Charging an 85yrs old pensioner not only £3.99 for delivery but also another £3.99 to return an jumper that looks nothing like what was advertised.

Many times I see adverts from Damart and there is something I would like to order. So I go online only to find that is out of stock in my size/colour choice/ length.
Why is the stock so low?
Now having read these reviews on here about the terrible service received and wrong orders sent I won't even try again.

I returned a jumper for an exchange to a size smaller. It never arrived and I never received a refund. I phoned Damart (which was an expensive process in itself) who claimed Hermes must have lost it. I made a formal complaint to Damart and have never heard back. If I had the time, I would take them to a small claims court. Don’t use them. Disgraceful customer service
