“ Kept returned items without providing a refund or any communication. It has been six weeks since I returned the items. ”

“ These people are joking. No returns label But a return address. I sent my item back and paid for the postage myself. They are yet to give me a refund 2 WEEKS after confirming receipt of the item saying that my refund has been processed and that I will receive it in 5days. Emailing them back and forth and they have a different excuse every time. NEVER AGAIN!!! ”
